Justin Bieber, 21, shockingly pulled out of the CBS Thanksgiving Day Parade as well as a highly hyped appearance on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert on Nov. 24. The Biebs didn’t even make an attempt to head to the Big Apple to fulfill his commitments and simply tweeted that life had “kicked his a**.” However he was looking anything but down later the same day while goofing around with a scooter in Beverly Hills, while he had a big smile on his face chatting up his buddy.
CBS will NOT be happy with these new pictures of Justin having fun in the California sunshine after bailing on two major appearances for the network at the last-minute.
